Summary: Our room was very clean, linens fresh. Lobby and breakfast area could be attractive/warm/ inviting with a little decorating effort. Decaf coffee was warm at best. Decaf always seems to suffer. Regular coffee was fine. Scones were served cold. Was I supposed to warm them myself? They were also damp in places. I do not drink skim milk. 2% would have been a nice choice. Timing is an issue with breakfast that sits out too long. Lobby and breakfast, especially decaf, need attention. Staff were friendly. They need a nicer , larger work area. It should look more businesslike with a little class. Current desk looks like an afterthought.
