This three bedroom bungalow semi is the perfect destination for your family visit to the Hamilton area. Suitable for families or for one to three couples, it is only a few blocks from the hottest arts and music area in the GTA! There are many restaurants and art studios and shops to enjoy on James Street North, especially during the Art Crawls and the biggest event of the year - Supercrawl! While close to arts district and the GO train station, the house is in the middle of a quiet family neighbourhood, and offers a cozy backyard to enjoy the outdoors. The entire interior is brand new in 2019 - kitchen, bathrooms, beds, furniture, all designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Laundry facilities are provided as is internet and cable. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need to cook meals; you simply bring in your groceries. There are several grocery stories within a few blocks, including the Hamilton Farmers' Market. We also welcome longer term rentals for medical residencies, Sabbaticals and exchange programs. Summary: This house was the cleanest and best appointed house we have ever stayed in using any AirBnB company. Although we were only two people it was great to have two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are small - and being an old worker's cottage have no closets - so we could use one for suitcases and clothing. The area was quiet at night but within easy walking distance of the many restaurants, shops on James North and the GO station. Nice to have a backyard and front porch for sitting outside. Lots of cutlery, china and kitchen accessories provided. Street parking very limited so nice to have a parking pad onsite. Would recommend this place for either short or longterm stays. Hope to return.
