Hacienda Bella backs to the Sandia Mountains which you may enter by exiting the gate in the backyard or one of the nearby trailheads into Embudito Canyon. This house was built to enjoy and entertain from the high ceilings, wood beams, beautiful patios, private views, large adobe fireplace, super-luxe bathrooms, rustic doors, open-concept gourmet kitchen and formal dining space with seating for 12.
With 5 comfy king beds in 4 bedrooms, this home boasts ample space for your whole family or crew of friends. The kitchen is amply supplied with everything you need to cook gourmet meals for your whole group. When you need to get away, retreat to the magnificent primary suite with a private balcony and spa-like bath. Turn on the heated floor and enjoy the double shower, or take a lavender epsom salt bath in the standalone tub and enjoy the spectacular view of the mountains and city skyline. You'll never regret it.
There's plenty to enjoy outdoors too! The property has 4 decks and a patio from which you can enjoy incredible vistas of the city, mountains and rock formations. Relax in the hot tub year-round, and slip into the heated, chlorinated pool May-September. Hiking trails abound, with mountains out your door and the Embudito Trailhead 5 minutes away. Grab a book and curl up in the hammock when you need a little time to yourself. Cozy up by the gas fire pit at night and tell stories with your group. There's no way you'll ever be bored here!

When you are in need of some fun you're just a few minutes from all that Tramway has to offer. Central, Downtown and Old Town are easily within a 15-20 minute drive.
CHECK-IN: Checking in and out is easy. You will be sent a unique check-in door code that will work for the duration of your stay. Access to the 2-car garage is available also with additional parking in the driveway.

ACCESSIBILITY: This home does have two main floor bedrooms. However, the kitchen and dining room are upstairs, as is the primary suite. The game room, great room and fourth bedroom are all accessed by a small handful of stairs. The home has a unique layout, and the ability to climb stairs is required to enjoy the whole house. Also, the 5th king bed is in the loft, accessed by a ladder. Should you want to sleep 10 people in this home, two of them need to be able to climb a ladder and climb into the loft, which shares the room with another king bed below.
Pool Hours: NOV 1st 2023. THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR THE WINTER SEASON. The pool is open seasonally from the end of April thru the end of October. This is subject to change.

Our beautifully renovated home is cooled by two efficient, evaporative cooling systems. These work best when the windows are cracked open - and they add some welcome humidity to our desert climate! :)
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise down and not playing music outside.
Absolutely no smoking on the property.
Do not take glass of any kind in the hot tub or pool. Supervise kids and teens 15 and younger in the hot tub and pool at all times. Please shower before entering the hot tub or pool and refrain from eating or drinking beverages other than water in the hot tub or pool. Pool and hot tub are to be used at your own risk.
Absolutely no pets. Trained service animals are allowed, however, the animal's training certificate must be provided in advance at the time of reservation.
