This spacious home is two stories with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests.
LAYOUT:
-Downstairs...
The lower level features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining room that seats 10 (and a kitchen Island that seats 6), it has a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals. There is a formal living roomnear the front door and a family roomnext to the kitchen. There are two bedrooms on this first level and one full bathroom, one of the rooms has a "full" sized murphy bed; the other room has a queen-sizedmurphy bed and a queen size pull-out sofa bed, this room also has a TV and a desk. The laundry room is also downstairs.
-Upstairs...you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, its own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and an amazing patio with amazing views of the valley. There are also two other bedrooms that share a bathroom; one has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.

THINGS TO NOTE:
* Check-in is after 4 pm.
* Check-out is before 11 am.
* Parking is on the driveway (6 cars maximum -please).
* There are security cameras on the exterior of the home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
* $60 -per hour for early check-in or late check-out (when possible).
DEPOSIT:
A $500-$1000 deposit will be assessed with your reservation.
HOUSE RULES -strictly enforced:
* Parties or events are not allowed.
* Pets are not allowed.
* Screaming, yelling, or loud music is not allowed.
* Any noise (audible from outside) is not allowed past 9 pm.
* Woodfires or fireworks are not allowed.
* Smoking in or near the house is not allowed.
* Speeding through the neighborhood is not allowed.
NOTE:
1. Violations of the House Rules above may result in fines, additional charges, and/or being asked to vacate the home at any time without a refund.
2. The deposit can be used at our discretion for the following:
* Moved furniture that does not get put back in its original place.
* Extra cleaning effort needed beyond the normal.
* Leaving dirty dishes or putting dirty dishes back in the cabinets.
* Missing or damaged items.
