Positive: Great location, made a good base for Daymer/Polzeath, facilities basic but all that needed. Loved that could bring your dog and allowed on beach during day as out of season. Fridge had a small freezer compartment.

Negative: Bottom oven didn’t work. Road to property is very bumpy. Path down to property incline and a few trip hazards if you have any mobility issues. None of these issues would put me off.

Summary: Excellent value stay for a family holiday
