This former bicycle factory has been completely renovated in its original spirit to welcome its travellers.
Ideally located, you will be able to do everything on foot and enjoy your apartment in a quiet area.
The main room is composed of a small lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hotplates, fridge).
The mezzanine room will offer you all the comfort you need to spend a good night, with a Queen Size bed (160), and we provide sheets and towels.
Finally, the bathroom is equipped with an Italian shower, WC and a hairdryer.
Also at your disposal: Air conditioning, ironing equipment, WIFI, Netflix, and bicycle garage. We have also provided a luggage storage option in the hallway with a lock and key. The lock is securely attached to the key for your convenience. Feel free to use it, as it is complimentary.
You will have access to the whole flat.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
You will be in front of the famous Grosse Cloche. The downtown area offers an insight of the Bordeaux' way of living: small streets full of of surprises with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders. Pleasant and authentic neighborhood, it will allow you to discover Bordeaux by foot and walk on the main squares: Place de la Comédie where singers, dancers and passers-by shared the stage, Place de la Bourse to discover its reflection in the largest mirror ofwater of the world (Miroir d'eau) or the place du Parlement, a must for diners on terraces on summer's evenings.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
