Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was amazing. Close to the station with a convenience store close by as well. 1 Street over was the main shopping street and since Takayama is pretty small it was very easy to walk everywhere from the hostel.

Negative: I found the bathroom and place to wash up/brush teeth/do your morning routine a bit small and annoying. Also only 1 shower for the entire hostel could be annoying on some days but i personally did not experience it.

Summary: Amazing location, homely feeling and extremely friendly staff!
