As you approach the property, you the rugged rock face cliff area and tranquil natural beach with an incredible sandbar are just a hint of the grandeur and adventure that awaits you! Drive through the tree lined driveway into this exclusive, private indoor and outdoor oasis that will sleep up to 20ppl comfortably and offers a multitude of activities. Parking is available for 12+ vehicles. Racquetball or Squash anyone? How about Tennis? With an indoor Racquetball/Squash court - you can play ball even on rainy days. The outdoor Tennis court is lit up for day or night enjoyment and offers a different experience depending on the time of day. Up for something different? Grab the provided rods and discs, head to the lower level deck and flip a coin to see who is the first to play a full size game of Shuffleboard! The double tier deck, facing the water offers a place to enjoy your favourite beverage in the twilight or cozy up with a good book listening and watching through the glass railing as the water flows to the shore. The retaining wall elevates both your position and the view. Picturesque views of the sunsets over the lake will close out your days while listing the crackling sounds from the oversized fire pit until the evening stars fill the night sky.
Spring/Fall- Spend your down time in the indoor/outdoor hot tub room where screens shield you from mother nature's elements but you can still hear the breeze dance through the tops of the trees. Then head to the indoor/outdoor heated Muskoka Room for a game of Chess. Feel like kicking back with some popcorn and a show? The lower level offers a TV room with two recliners and a pull out couch for added comfort. The game room is close by for anyone who isn't ready to settle for the evening. Billiards and indoor shuffleboard fill this space and allows access to the lower level decks.
Winter Wonderland experience- From just outside the front door, you can enjoy 100s of KM of snowmobile trails; head to the slopes for a day of downhill skiing; The onsite trails offer easy access for cross country skiing or snowshoeing, whatever your preference; Ice skating and hot chocolate? Arrowhead Skating Trails is just a short drive and provides a 1.3km skate through the Canadian Forest. Ice skating and wine? Cranberry ice skating trail is at Muskoka Lakes Farm & Winery with a 1.2km loop. Ice fishing? The back door will lead you to your spot!! Finish off your day with a dip in the resort quality indoor heated pool before cozying up to one of the two indoor wood burning fireplaces before you rest your head.

Summary: We were 4 families of best friends who came up to visit. 7 kids ranging in age from 3-10, this place has everything you need. Amenities were outstanding. The rooms were spacious and plentiful. A boat, canoe and pedalboat were great for going out on to the lake from the private dock. The overall place is very secluded and make for absolutely serene views. Overall a great place to enjoy group activities but also step away from some private time. Paul and Kristen are fantastic hosts and were super communicative and made themselves available for anything we might have needed. All of us loved this place and plan to book again!
