6 bedroom house in Beachwalk Resort.
Prom parties are not allowed at the house. Starting from scratch has allowed us to build a house that has every detail thought out to make it truly a carefree rental experience. With years of renting homes, we have gathered our ideas and built a house your family will make lasting memories in.
Golf cart available April 1 to November 1.
Professionally decorated reflects our view of how a relaxing beach experience should be.
It is 3/4 mile walk to the beach or golf cart ride which we provide.
The unique features of our house is the 3 separate areas kids of all ages can play in. The den on the main level is great for the younger kids to play while the older kids play in the gaming room on the lower level. Outside is the grassy area in the back and the deck and hot tub to enjoy. On the front porch is a 400 sq. foot enclosed deck where you can relax. This is a great feature for large groups to enjoy.

1st Bedroom - Master bedroom with a queen bed and master bath.
2nd Bedroom - Master Bedroom with a queen bed and master bath.
3rd Bedroom - Queen bed
4th Bedroom - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over full bed with trundle
5th Bedroom - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over full bed with trundle
6th Bedroom - Bunk beds with pull out trundle. Twin over twin bed with trundle
Den - Queen pull out sofa couch.
The first floor is an open floor plan in the great room. The den on the first floor is a great place for the kids to relax while you are cooking dinner either in the beautiful kitchen or the gas grill outside. The den also has a pull out couch.
The second floor has 2 Master bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a twin bunk with a trundle. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed.
The lower level floor has a huge area with a flat screen tv and surround sound. It also has gaming tables to enjoy. There are 2 beds down there with bunk beds and a trundle. It can accommodate up to 17 people.
It has a hot tub and a grassy area backyard. Take the golf cart to the beach or use the bikes we provide for your riding pleasure. We are close to the club house pool, basketball and tennis. We have beach toys for the kids to use for the beach. Beachwalk also has a community pool, tennis and basketball. Walk to their private Lake Kai to enjoy fishing or to rent a paddleboat. Come have fun in this brand new house this year. Located right in Beachwalk Resort.

Summary: My family of 12 have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years, and this one is hands down the best we’ve ever stayed in. Everything about the home was perfect, beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and so comfortable for our whole group. You can really tell the owners put a lot of care into every detail. The location within Beachwalk Resort was ideal, with easy access to the beach, pool, and all the fun amenities. We made so many great memories and truly didn’t want to leave. Already looking forward to coming back next year, thank you for an unforgettable stay!
