The BellaDonna Inn is located in the heart of the North Hill Historic District in New Castle, PA. Only a short walk from downtown and the Hoyt, and just steps from the Lawrence County Historic Society and the Scottish Rites Cathedral.
The house was built in 1882 by John C. Wallace, a prominent pharmacist, merchant and Freemason. The home remained in the Wallace family for over 100 Years.
The current owners, Mariah and Dustin purchased the home in 2010 and have lovingly restored this once grand home to its former glory, using much of the original Victorian architecture but with all the modern conveniences.
The BellaDonna Inn operates as a Bed & Breakfast, featuring three luxuriously appointed rooms each with its own individual character. All three rooms are located on the second floor. A full gourmet breakfast is served daily in the Dining Room or the Gentleman’s Sitting Room. A coffee and tea center is located between the rooms for your convenience. Guests also have access to the Library / TV room on the guest floor. The Black Orchid Suite is decorated in a high Victorian Gothic style and features a luxurious and roomy king size bed, an intimate seating area and en suite bath with a large claw foot tub.
The Mystic Rose Room is reminiscent of a Medieval castle and features a cozy full size bed, a comfortable seating area and a shared bathroom with a tub / shower combination.
The Lily of the Nile Room is decorated in a British Colonial style and features a soft comfortable queen sized bed, a charming seating area and a shared bathroom with a tub / shower combination.
We are available for meetings and events. Tin City Caters, our in-house caterer is available for all your affairs, on or off the premises. Our menu features all your traditional favorites prepared in a healthy and delicious way. We use only the best and freshest ingredients, organic and obtained locally when possible. Custom menus themed to your party are our specialty. Special diet requirements are accommodated.
All Things Divine, our Wellness Center, in the BellaDonna Inn is available to guests of the Inn, as well as the general public by appointment only. Featuring Massage, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Meditation, Chakra alignment, Ayurveda, Reflexology, Dry Sauna, and more.
