This comfortable and spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath house is the perfect spot for your large group! If you are looking for a landing pad near the Nashville nightlife, a cozy retreat, or a little of both at a competitive rate – look no further! Our home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with mature trees and large yards, but is only minutes to drive to all of the downtown Nashville hotspots! The home is also conveniently located (10 minutes) to Vanderbilt, Lipscomb, and Belmont Universities as well as the super trendy 12 South area! Historic Franklin, Tennessee with its historic sites and quaint downtown shopping is only a 15-minute drive as well.
Sleep 12 comfortably in our 4 bedrooms featuring 1 king, 2 queens, 4 twins, and a sleeper sofa! Plan your family cookout or holiday meal in our fully stocked kitchen or out back in our private backyard featuring a large deck, outdoor furniture, and grill. We provide towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hand soap so that you can focus on fun, not supplies! We also provide coffee and enough toilet paper to get you started!
Our comfortable and roomy living room features a 55-inch tv. In this room, we also offer an Xbox with games and DVDs to keep you entertained! In addition, you will find a tv in each bedroom and our house is equipped with WIFI. We have also provided a selection of board games for those looking to “unplug”! Gather in our dining room – featuring a large table and chairs for 8, to play cards or have a family game night!

Summary: We came for our cousins wedding. The house was perfect for us. Although not all family members were able to attend, we still used the three bedrooms. The house was clean, comfortable lots of pillows and amazing bed linens.The communication with the owners was clear and precise. I highly recommend staying here.
