This one bedroom cottage is unique and ideal for a couples retreat. Situated overlooking the banks of Snapper Creek you can sit and enjoy the view and peace and quiet.
The master bedroom is located at the front of the cottage and features a queen size bed with modern ensuite and is joined to the main dwelling by a large covered deck. The open plan lounge/dining area has comfortable sofas, flat screen tv, air conditioning, ceiling fan and six seater dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, oven, kettle and toaster. There is also plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery that you will need for a comfortable stay.
There is a second bathroom off the kitchen which is shared with the laundry. Washing machine but no dryer.
The large covered deck between the bedroom and living area includes a BBQ and outdoor setting. There is a small carport but there is plenty of space off street to park cars or boats if you wish to bring along the tinny. WIFI is provided.
Tin Can Bay has much to offer! Choose a quiet relaxing holiday with a good book and an easy stroll along the Esplanade to enjoy the water views. Bring the kids as they will enjoy the paths with their scooters and bikes. There is also a skateboard bowl and playground on the foreshore. Tin Can Bay is also popular for fishing so bring the tinny or you can hire a boat if you wish to go out and catch some fish or mud crabs.
Only 30 minutes drive and you can enjoy the sandy beaches of Rainbow Beach so bring the surfboards and boogie boards. Rainbow Beach also offers a flagged swimming beach. You can take your 4wd for a drive to the coloured sands (permit may be required - please check with Queensland Parks before heading off) and right up to the lagoon at double island point. Great spot for a swim! Please check beach conditions before leaving. 4wd hire is also available.
