We rent our family house of 388m² 2min from the beach of Sableaux and is located right in front a nature reserve - tranquility assured! It can accommodate up to 11 people, possibility to add a double bed inside the tv room. It has a very secure environment for children.
The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, several living rooms, a large wood fireplace, a fully equipped cinema room and a covered pool. Bikes are available for touring around the island and walking around.
C'est derrière le marais du Müllenbourg, que se niche notre belle maison familiale. Vous apprécierez vous lever le matin et admirer le paysage paisible des marais en ouvrant les volets de votre chambre . Situé à 2 minutes à pied de la plage des Sableaux et 10 minutes en vélo du centre ville. Vous emprunterez le sentier pédestre du ribandon, un chemin se faufilant dans la reserve naturelle pour accéder au ravissant bourg de Noirmoutier en l'ile. L'hiver, la chaleur ronronne, dans la grande cheminée a foyer ouvert du salon. Le Rez de chaussée est inondé de lumière grâce a une facade entièrement ouverte sur le jardin. Tandis que l'été on appréciera de prendre son petit déjeuner dans le jardin au bord de la piscine en écoutant le gri gri des insectes du jardin.
Cette maison de famille soigneusement restauré et décoré il y a 3 ans est l'endroit parfait pour s'y retrouver en famille ou entre amis et profiter de la douce vie insulaire le temps d'un week end ou d'une semaine de vacances. Cet écrin demande cependant toute l'attention et le soin que vous apporteriez a votre propre chez vous.
Maison de 388m² à 2min à pied de la plage des Sableaux et se situe face à une réserve naturelle - tranquillité assurée !
Elle peut accueillir entre 11-13 personnes (possibilité de rajouter un lit deux places dans la salle TV) et a un environnement très sécurisé pour les enfants.
La maison a 5 chambres spacieuses avec lit double de 140cm et leur salle de bain privée, et une chambre d'enfant avec un lit simple, une cuisine toute équipée, lave vaisselle, lave linge, frigo américain, piano de cuisine et four. 2 salles à manger, 2 salons dont un autour d’une grande cheminée, une salle cinéma toute équipée et une piscine couverte. Des vélos sont à dispositions pour faire le tour de l’île et se balader et aller au marché. Quelques outils de pêche a pieds. des jeux de sociétés vous sont prêté.
Le ménage, le linge de lit et les serviettes de bain sont inclus dans le prix de la location.
Pour toute location une caution de 3000€ en chèque ou par virement bancaire est demandé. elle sera encaissé une semaine avant le début de la location et sera rendu dans la semaine qui suit la fin de la location.
