Summary: My stay was unfortunately very wet! Unknown to me there was a cyclone nearby meaning there was a lot of rain and very windy. This meant I was confined to my room a lot and some of the time without power. While this was not the hotels fault I was not informed by the hotel which I should have been. Also on checkin I was given one of the rooms away from the main reception/ pool area. This was because of the price of the room but I was unaware I would be staying in the annex and was not informed by the hotel where I have stayed many times before, again not their fault but they should have made this clearer on their website!
