Summary: It was under remodeling so very confusing. But to make all the plans for pick up for my flight and then be stranded? (i need wheelchair service. I had never had trouble before) The front desk girl had to take me down to the airport! She was very kind. But construction work should not affect the service i kexpect from a Grand Hyatt.
