Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful
Negative: I thought when booking that my accommodations would be in the main hotel. As it turned out it was across the street. I had an injury to my foot two weeks prior to my arrival and the entrance to the Manor house across the street required climbing steps which was very uncomfortable with my injured foot and ankle boot support
