Summary: Shower either off or scalding hot, low button didn't work, temperature knob obviosly not connected to regulator turned as may times as you liked in either direction Unable to turn heating off and room was stifling hot Had to go and get toilet rolls Room not refurbed (coat of paint, cleaning areas that don't get done daily) Bedside lights not working No fire extinguisher at point labelled for one
