Summary: We spent 4 days/3 nights in the condominium to see the fall colors. We were about a week late for the peak but enjoyed our time in the unit. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was convenient to the grocery and restaurants. We appreciated being able to bring our canine companion. The complex was nice for walking him. The complex had two hot tubs which were nice after hiking and biking. There was also access to the pool and more hot tubs at Granby Ranch for a fee. It was about 15 minutes to Fraser and 25 minutes to Winter Park. We have stayed in the Granby area in the past to ski Winter Park. While it is a little bit of a drive, Highway 40 is well maintained in the winter. It looked like they even offered bus service from the Silver Creek Lodge across the street. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
