Positive: The beds are large and comfortable. We slept very well! Hotel parking was empty with no problem to park.
Negative: This is far off from a 4 star hotel. The reception was always empty, you had to call out loud and wait for someone to appear. We also didn't like the location, definitely not 400m from beach as stated. Having to walk a steep hill alongside a busy car road wasn't enjoyable. But the area of Suances is like that. One time I got a new clean towel with spots on it from prior use, the ventilator in the bathroom was dirty with a lot of dust in it. Sometimes it took a long time for the hot water in the shower. Additionally we had the room view on the side of reconstruction of the hotel's pool. So we couldn't open the windows due to noise and dust / bad air.
