This true Colorado home awaits you!! Minutes from the USAFA, the perfect home away from home for AFA graduation! The home is secluded with over 5,000 sq ft. & 6 acres of land. Located in the quaint town of Monument, CO, our home will keep you cozy and give you views that entice you in all that our beautiful state has to offer. This home is a great base for your next vacation. Located just 15-20 minutes from Colorado Springs with easy access to I25 to get you to Denver in about 40 minutes. Our location is perfect to access the best attractions, restaurants, and shopping Colorado has to offer. The home has a deck to enjoy your morning coffee with a fire pit to enjoy your evening beverages. You will see the most amazing sunsets that Colorado has to offer! No matter what the season, this home will give you a true Colorado vacation. This large six bedroom home will give you a great nights sleep with all the conveniences of home. We have 5 flat screen TVs, and Wi-Fi. Ring cameras on the exterior help keep you safe. You are equipped with a stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, gas range, two ovens, a toaster, and refrigerator. There is also two washers and two dryers! Colorado is known for having about 300 days of sunshine every year so to live like a local, you have to get out and enjoy it! There is so much to do right in Monument with its antique shops, art exhibits, local restaurants, hiking, biking and a great YMCA for the whole family. Monument has many hiking trails, lakes and the charm of a small town. Take just a quick drive up the road to a great coffee shop or a fun Colorado craft brewery for lunch and some local brew. Lots of fun activities for just a quick and memorable trip to many famous and fun places. 7 minutes to Downtown Monument for shopping, walking, art, restaurants, grocery stores, and all the local amenities. 9 minutes to Monument Lake for fishing, small boats and boards, and picnics. 15 minutes to the Air Force Academy, 20 minutes to Downtown Colorado Springs. Several ski resorts including Breckinridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin all within 2.5 hours for winter skiing.
