Check out this absolutely stunning two bedroom, two bath condo located in the quiet community of the Gardens of Cypress Bay! This home away from home has one queen bed, a full over full bunk bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. Our home is just a quick 15 minutes away from the city of North Myrtle Beach!
**Please note that this complex does not have elevators! Our guests must take the stairs to reach the third floor of the complex, where this condo is situated. We apologize for any inconvenience!
Making our way into the condo, guests will walk down the main hallway and find the kitchen. This room is equipped with full sized appliances including a stove and oven, mounted microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Plenty of cabinet space and granite counter tops make this space perfect for preparing a meal! All of our homes come with fully stocked kitchens! For those who prefer to dine out, Doordash and UberEats have became increasingly popular in this area! This wrap around kitchen also includes an opening that faces the living room and 4 barstools! Guests will also find the washer and dryer in the closet across from the fridge.
The living room cannot be beat! This room has plenty of seating, including a large sofa, two accent chairs, and oversized arm chair with an ottoman. The sofa also pulls out into a queen sized sleeper sofa! The wall mounted TV is perfectly center with the seating, making this room perfect for lounging after a day at the beach! Off of the living room is the private balcony, which features an outdoor dining table and a sofa! This space is just right for enjoying a meal on the balcony.
On to the bedrooms, we will find the master suite! This bedroom has the perfect amount of room and light! The room is home to a queen sized bed, two night stands, a dresser, closet, and arm chair! There is also access to the balcony from this bedroom, as well as a private bathroom attached!
The master bathroom includes a full sized shower/tub combo, vanity with cabinet storage and sink, mirror, medicine cabinet, and toilet.
Separating the two bedrooms is the guest bathroom, which features a full sized shower, vanity with cabinet storage and sink, mirror, medicine cabinet, and toilet.
In the second bedroom, our guests will find the full over full bunk bed. The bunk bed frame has drawers underneath for extra storage, a dresser, end table, accent chair, closet, and access to the guest bathroom.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.
