Summary: Had to go through snow banks up 3 flights of stairs with luggage, dangerous! In the search engine in finding a ski in and wood burning fireplace this place showed up which is why we booked it! Only to get there and you could not use the fireplace! And we had to have maintenance come and get our tv working, the last time they came they said they had reported this issue and the owners were doing nothing about it. So we ended up leaving a day earlier all of the frustrations we had and were occurring. The ski in / out was awesome but that was the only great part and the people at the Mountain Neer Lodge we’ve used VRBO for years and years and this was our first bad experience unfortunately, we will continue to use them in the future!were very helpful and nice!
