The Space:
This brand new contemporary house is the perfect place to relax and unwind and will feel like a home away from home. Elegantly decorated with contemporary furniture, the spacious property consists of 3 bedrooms, a large family bathroom, seperate additional toilet, plus an open plan kitchen living space with french doors opening out on to the garden. The bedrooms have comfortable double beds, with plenty of space to hang your clothes in the wardrobe.
One of the two bathrooms also has both a bath and shower. The living room is great for unwinding and putting your feet up, with a comfortable sofa and plenty of space for a family, travel buddies or work colleagues. There's also a flatscreen TV with all the basic and freeview channels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There are cooking utensils pots/pans, cutlery and crockery, great for self-caterers.
The house has 1 outside parking bay.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the city is entirely accessible on foot. Should you wish to rest your legs there are bus routes that service the nearby main road, and local taxi services. The main Derby Midland Train Station, with links to other UK cities, is just a 10 minute walk away, or a short taxi ride.
