Discover this wonderful 2-bedroom gem in Colonial Country Club of Fort Myers! Near Top Golf, shopping, many restaurants and stadiums for spring baseball training of the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins.
This second floor condo has been refreshed with modern touches and is one of the most desirable units in the neighborhood. The main living area features a feature wall with lighting, fireplace and TV.
Other updates include: Flooring, refreshed baths and kitchen, along with full size stackable washer and dryer in kitchen pantry. The kitchen has newer appliances and all of the cookware and dishes you need to be comfortable.
The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the preserve, a tv and walk-in-closet with drawers and storage.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a decent sized closet and is just off the guest bath in the hallway.
This unit sits on the preserve with gorgeous lush, green, tropical landscape. It’s relaxing to sit and watch wildlife. We have seen deer, bobcats, alligators, leather back turtles, otters, and even armadillos. The big trees out back have had two eagles that have called it home for the last year or so-they’re beautiful to see! There are miles upon miles of walking trails throughout the community as well.
Down the street is a heated pool, hot tub and two gas grills. The clubhouse also has a pool for your use with a kiosk for snacks and cocktails. Inside the clubhouse is a well-equipped gym, library and pro golf shop. Outside are tennis and bocce ball courts. At the other end of the community are pickleball courts. And who can forget the award winning golf course?
As a renter you will have full access to all of these amenities. All owner benefits are transferred to you as a renter during your stay.
Rainy day? No problem. The unit has all sorts of games and there is plenty of shopping and indoor activities nearby.
