Fully remodeled throughout, this first floor two bedroom/two bathroom condo offers the ultimate retreat for your Sarasota vacation. Located in a golf/tennis/swim community, guests may take advantage of the many amenities of The Meadows**.
Walk in the private entrance to an open floor plan with a newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinetry, a bright breakfast bar, and equipped with the essentials for your cooking/baking needs. The dining area offers seating for four next to the breakfast bar with stools. Enjoy the large screen smart tv from the plush sectional couch, which also overlooks the screened porch, lush landscaping, and pool.
The primary bedrooms offers a comfortable king-sized bed, dresser storage for easy unpacking, a large television, and a door to the screened porch. This bedroom offers an expansive closet for all of your storage needs, as well as a luxurious private bathroom with a shower, dual sink vanity, and makeup table.
The second bedroom offers both sleeping accommodations, as well as office space. The Murphy queen bed will allow you to hide the bed when not in use, but is easily accessible and offers overhead built-in lighting. The large closet provides additional storage for your suitcases and other belongings. The full hall bathroom is located conveniently beside the second bedroom, but is also separate so as to provide easy access for your guests. The convenient in-unit laundry room has a front-load washer and dryer for your use.

Monthly reservations required--no pets permitted.
**Guests may access the Center Court lounge/bar/restaurant, 1 complimentary 30 minute pickleball lesson from the tennis pro at the on-site pickleball courts, and access to the open park, butterfly garden, bike and nature trails, all within The Meadows all at no additional charge. Guests will also benefit from the 24-hour roving security detail of the community. Additional fees are required to access the golf courses at The Meadows.

Summary: This is a newly remodeled first floor condo in a beautiful, quiet community. It’s perfect for a single person or couple. Pool and walking paths very close, and people were friendly. Location is close to stores, etc. It was super clean upon arrival. I would be happy to stay here again. Property manager very responsive to any questions or concerns.
