PARKING
Unfortunately there are no assigned parking spots at the resort. There are 3 options for parking your car, the first is the underground parking directly below the resort, the next is the secondary resort parking lot (access via Nelson St) and the third is to grab the closest street park that you can find!
KEYS/ACCESS
There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment front door on the 6th floor of the Resort. You will be sent the code to the lock box prior to your arrival.

The bathroom has a shower, spa bath, vanity & toilet.
The dining table and balcony both have seating for 4 people.
The kitchen has a microwave, cook top and is fully equipped with plates and cutlery. It is a small kitchen, we recommend making the most of the numerous dining options all within a 5-10min walk.
The resort has a laundry with washing machines and dryers available for your use.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service. We also provide beach towels for you to use.
Please Note, this is NOT a party, event, function, or schoolies group property. We don't wish to offend, so please don't ask to have any of these type of events here. It is strictly NO smoking. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons we would ask you to book elsewhere. On booking we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful apartment and the well being of our neighbours. If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress highly enough this is a lovely property for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet, peaceful time whilst they are here.
The cleaning charge for your stay is levied on a normal clean, if guests have left garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, breakages, cigarette smell (which we will have cleaned) they will be levied for all additional cleaning and replacement costs
