Summary: First of all I want to express my appreciation for the entire staff they were excellent. It’s hard to make chicken salad out of chicken $h!t. It’s obvious the owner has decided not to fix anything. Holes in ceilings, pool and hot tub out of order for months, exercise equipment broken, ice machine out of order, out dated furnishings.Thank goodness for the squared away “granny” at the desk getting a night comped. I grew up 3 blocks from the Gladstone and know what a gem it once was. A shout out to my classmate Darby making the restaurant run like a fine tuned machine. Whoever the owner is BE BETTER!!
