3 Bedroom House in Kalispell

Mountain views, 10 peaceful acers in farmland, cozy. charming, peaceful home with fireplace. Large deck, firepit. Bose surround sound music system with indoor/outdoor speakers. No parking in the garage, it is small and an extension of the home, a mudroom and storage space for guests. 40 minutes to Glacier National Park, whitefish mountain resort. 20 minutes to, Bigfork, and flathead lake. Lower Flathead River, riverside boat launch park in neighborhood. cohost lives next door for any questions or issues. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests in the main house in the Winter from November through april due to the upstairs bedroom being detached up snowy, icy stairs with no bathroom connected. Maximum of 4 people in the summer may through October, children and infants included.
There is a $20.00 per night pet fee, maximum of 2 pets. Please do not leave pets unattended in the home. There is a heated attached garage with dog bed, blankets, and bowls available to leave your pets for a couple hours to go to the store or meal out. Use pet blankets provided on beds or furniture for pets or there will be an extra cleaning fee of 100.00 per visit for pet hair on bedding and furniture.
