Positive: Great location, very close to a track through the dunes to the beach. Nicely renovated kitchen and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds.
Negative: The house needs a bit of exterior maintenance - reattaching some fly screens, etc. The main bedroom and ensuite are in a separate building from the main house. This should be made clear before booking. It worked fine for our family with teen/young adult children, but could be tricky for a family with young children.
