Positive: Comfortable, well stocked, nice backyard,
Negative: Only 4-5 people could sit in the living room and there were 7 of us, dirty bathroom rug and hair in the tub in-the downstairs bath, there were wet towels in the drawers in between the 2 sinks in the upstairs bathroom. Thanks you for letting us use the BBQ, but FYI - the grease trap was full and a fire hazard and we filled the propane tank for you.
Summary: Very nice house and overall very comfortable. I think you need to re-evaluate your cleaning staff. We very much enjoye
