The majestic Superstition Mountain is the backdrop for this serene gated community fitted into the heart of the wilderness territory. The house has 1368 square feet, and an open concept floor plan. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, all newly furnished. The master bedroom has a large adjoining bath, with a walk in shower, double sink, and large walk in closet. The other two bedrooms are separated by the great room, which allows guest's more privacy. The eat in kitchen has new granite top counters, a large pantry, an electric stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and is situated at the back of the house, which looks out on an expansive brick walled, private yard. The large patio door in the kitchen provide the feeling of being connected to the outdoors, and offers continuous views of the many birds that visit. The back yard has a dining table, two reclining lounges, a new large LP gas grill. The fire pit is a feature that encourages the star gazing that is so enjoyable in this tranquil environment. The laundry room includes a new, energy efficient washer and dryer.
There are two queen size beds, one in the master bedroom, one in the guest room. The third bedroom is used as a den/bedroom combination, and has a day bed that covers two stacked twin sized mattresses, that are used for sleeping. The den/bedroom also has a desk for computer use.
