Summary: The check-in staff was efficient but when asked a question she became slightly confused and slightly abrupt in her replies. The room itself was clean but had many “patched over” wall spots including big patches were the wall paint was not reapplied after repair work. The shower rod was barely attached to the wall and appeared as if it would fall at any moment.
