You will absolutely love this private beach style home! Close to everything Pompano Beach & Fort Lauderdale have to offer. Only 15 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport. This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay at any age. The living room has a 70" smart tv with a sound bar, and all bedrooms have 50" smart TVs with fast speed wireless internet and cable, including in the backyard. A private fenced yard with an inground pool, a water slide, a propane gas grill, a full-size pool table, an outdoor fireplace, and bicycles in the garage for your use.
The entire home was just remodeled including new top of the line furniture, mattresses, bedding, dishes, cookware, grill, and everything you may need during your stay including brand new portable crib, high chair, stroller and toddler dishes. The garage has a tesla charger, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrella & even a wagon for your convenience. This home is extremely allergy friendly with a state of the art IQ Air filter system installed on the air conditioning system. There is also 100% Cotton bedding. Down alternative options, mattresses, and pillows are all allergies encased and new. Master bedroom has a desk with a laptop and a deep jetted tub. Property also includes a basketball hoop, popcorn machine, and margarita maker. Endless Fun for the Entire Family!
This property is centrally located near all of the finest restaurants, beaches, fishing charters, shopping malls, and nightlife. It is only a 30-minute drive south to Miami, where one of the largest zoos is located, Zoo Miami. While visiting Miami, make sure to go see Biscayne Bay, Bayside Marketplace, and South Beach. A short trip north will take you to Palm Beach, where you can enjoy Rapids Water Park or Palm Beach Zoo along with other top rated restaurants and nightlife. If you are feeling adventurous, take a drive west to the Florida Everglades. At Holiday Park & Sawgrass Recreational, you are able to go see alligators and enjoy an airboat tour. One hour to the Florida Keys. In any of these locations, you will be able to find the best fishing, but some of the finest fishing charters are right in our backyard only a few minutes away. You can catch some of the largest offshore fish and game fish along with Mahi, Swordfish, Tuna, Snapper, etc.
**Pool Heater / Chiller can be set to 83 degrees at no additional charge. If a different temperature is required there will be an additional fee of $20.00/day. Please notify the owner at least 2 days prior in order to have it turned on and adjusted to the desired temperature. Temperature not to exceed 88*.
**Pet Fee of $350.00 Additional. Please notify owner if you plan to bring your pet.

Summary: The whole experience was wonderful, no complaints at all. The house is clean and well equipped for all your needs. Mickey was very responsive and a pleasure. We spent most of our time in the backyard, while the kids played in the pool. The fan outside is clutch. Beds are very comfy. Everyone got in on playing on the pool table. We will definitely come back!
