Perfect space to unwind, recharge after a busy day. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with living space, and kitchenette equipped with all kitchen accessories necessary to create a "full kitchen" (e.g microwave, toaster oven, induction stove top, crock pot, Nutribullet blender, coffee maker) *without a dishwasher*. Washer/Dryer in Casita, drying rack provided. 2 AC units (1 in bedroom, 1 in living room). Dedicated air conditioner in living space, dedicated air conditions in bedroom. All new furniture purchased June 2024. Private entrance to casita, ample street parking next to property's driveway.
