Summary: The place was clean and the owners were very kind/helpful. They got a new AC right away when the old one broke. No bugs or rodents, or any major issues. The bed was a little smaller than we anticipated, and not super soft, but we made it work. Wouldn’t recommend it for 2 large adults. I appreciated that the place had everything you might need for cooking/cleaning, and that it was close to the interstate and downtown. Great for a short-term stay for work or school. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel but you get a solid stay for a solid price. Would recommend for anyone on a budget that still wants a decent place! Also, there’s a beautiful park/lake within walking distance, and it’s great for walks or fishing!
