The Space:
Hook 'Em Horns!!! Enjoy our fabulous location in the West Campus district of Austin. You'll be about a ten minute walk to campus, and a 1.5 mile hike (roughly 28 min walk) to Texas Memorial Stadium for game days!
Our six-bedroom, six-bath apartment is furnished with six queen beds and everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Austin! 5 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and the sixth bathroom is in the hallway. In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment for your convenience. This suite also features a private theater room with an HD projector and 110" screen.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any TV cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
There is parking included in the building’s parking garage included with your stay, but it is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity. If the parking garage is full, there is metered street parking available around the building at an extra expense. These can be paid using the PARK ATX app or the pay stations along the street.
The hot tub and gym are available to our guests but you may not invite anyone other than those staying with you to use them. Since we do not control these parts of the building, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if these amenities are not available; whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or any other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability.

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the West Campus district of Austin, the area has plenty to offer! Our suite is close to food, shopping, and entertainment. Austin is known as the Live Music Capital of the World, but it has so much more to offer than just that! There are several museums and historic sites at your fingertips. Outdoor activities are plentiful so it’s not surprising that Austin is ranked as one of the fittest cities in the country. Roy G. Guerrero Colorado River Metro Park is close to this unit and offers plenty of space for disc golf, walking, biking, running, and a beach for swimming or stand up paddle boarding. The trails from the park lead to the Boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake and the Austin Boardwalk offering beautiful views of the city.
Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around Austin is by bus or light rail. The Capital Metro is Austin’s public transit system and connects downtown with the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. There are two bus stops within 2 blocks of our location. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, and Ride Austin – a local ride-hailing option – also operate in the area. For those looking to get a workout in while touring the city, there are several bike rental options available, including nearby bike and scooter rental stations.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
Our stays have occupancy limitations created around local and state ordinances. It is our guest’s responsibility to abide by these ordinances; failing to do so could result in legal consequences. Before booking your reservation, please note the occupancy limit listed sometimes does not align with the number of beds offered. Please review the bed counts to determine if this stay will be sufficient for your needs.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
Our suite is located in a building that serves predominantly as student housing for the local University residents. Due to our proximity to campus and downtown, this building can experience sounds from other residents as well as outside noise and may not be the best choice for light sleepers. Despite the lifestyle of the area, we still do not allow gatherings or parties in our units so that we can be respectful of our neighbors.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
