Blending southwestern warmth with European style, and adorned with Saltillo tile, reclaimed maple hardwood floors and tasteful decor, French Quarter Cottage is simply beautiful.
This 1,200 square foot cottage comfortably sleeps 2 - 6 people and is easily shared with good friends or family.
Please note although we are pet friendly, if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $10 per night, per pet fee.Let us know if you will be bringing your dog(s) prior to your visit.
The open and spacious upstairs includes laundry facilities with washer and dryer, a second lounge/reading area, and one full bathroom (an additional half-bath is located downstairs). The kitchen is fully equipped. Double french doors open onto a lovely, wisteria covered patio - complete with a burbling water feature. French Quarter Cottage is an amazing treat and retreat! As one of four stand alone cottages belonging to 3 Dogs & a Moose Cottages, it is centrally located in downtown Moab, with a private entrance and convenient in-front parking with two designated parking spaces. Please contact us if you are planning on traveling with your trailer or toy hauler as we have limited parking and cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.
DOG POLICY
We allow up to 2 sm/med dogs in French Quarter. Our dog fee is $10/night/dog. We do not allow cats.
*Be sure to let us know if you will be bringing your dog(s), so we can make pet fee arrangements and obtain your agreement on our pet policy.
In your home away from home, you will find a "Dog Package" containing 2 bowls, a towel, waste bags, and a pet sheet. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, by booking with us you agree to the following Dog Policy:
My dog is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
My dog is free of ticks and fleas.
My dog will be with me under my care at all times (If I must leave my dog alone, it will be kenneled).
My dog will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
I will clean up after my dog and dispose of any waste.
I will keep my dog off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my dog during my stay.
I understand that if I forget to leave the required dog fee, my card will be charged the full dog fee amount upon check out.
Violation may result in a minimum $50 fee
