Summary: Great property in the middle of downtown Winnipeg. That is both good and bad. There are some social issues in the area that one needs to be mindful of. The suite is well equipped, very clean and has a great easterly view. The parking garage is secure. The check in info was given 1 hour before the stated time. For us obsessive compulsive types that is too late but it was alright in the end.
