As you step into the bright airy villa, you will find unencumbered waterfront views right outside the many large windows. With careful detail made in upgrades, furnishings, and decor including shiplap, crown molding, cherry wood floors, custom drapery and more. The living room features abundant natural light, comfortable seating, tv, and is open to the dining and kitchen area. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances - great for entertaining. The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with access to the screened porch where you can sit and watch the sunrise or relax at the end of the day with your favorite beverage.
