Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The property is clean, warm , spacious, double bed is comfortable the room is big the shower is good and the kitchen is well equipped. 15 minute walk to the beach and a superstore is also within walking distance. The landlord is excellent and always available to help.

Negative: I liked the property very much , I would make a few suggestions only. Some information about local walks or things to do in the area would be useful. The WiFi was patchy , I think the landlord is looking to improve. I found the double bed was a bit small as I’m used to a king size but that’s just a personal comment.

Summary: Lovely property for a stay in Devon. Seaton is a good town and having the parking space is a real bonus.
