This property is a tiny home. There is 1 full bedroom with a queen bed and then an enclosed loft area (with a low ceiling) also has a queen sized bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room in a common area.

The Guests have complete access to the home and the grounds. There is a small shed that is locked on the property that you do not have access to.

There is 1 bedroom with a new queen sized tempurpedic mattress. There is a loft that also has a queen bed. If the ceiling is too low for you, there is a sofa sleeper located in the living room. We can sleep 6 but I prefer 4. In the summer months we will allow 6, just make sure to send me a quick text and I will approve.
You are centrally located close to the downtown area and the lake. You can walk, drive or take your ATV or golf cart any place in town.

IF YOU USE THE BBQ, OR THE BLACKSTONE MAKE SURE THAT THE PROPANE IS TURNED TO THE OFF POSITION. (THERE IS ONE FULL PROPANE TANK EXTRA PROVIDED) IF YOU ARE HERE FOR A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME, I WILL LEAVE 2 EXTRA. IF YOU SHOULD RUN OUT, PLEASE TEXT ME AND I WILL GET IT REFILLED.
