Summary: Pool was very clean, bigger than most indoor hotel poold and had warm water. The staff were all extremely nice snd helpful. They had welcome bags with snacks at the front desk which my daughter loved. They responded immediately to issues and requests. The only downside was some items were in disrepair, like lamps or mini fridge, but they addressed it right away
