The Space:
This spacious luxury home is situated in one of Niagara Region’s most vibrant neighborhoods--only 5 minutes from Crystal Beach. Enjoy the many local restaurants, shops, and eateries in the area.
Our home is about 1800 sqft. 3 Bedrooms and both full bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a powder room on the 1st floor. This home has central air & heating to help you cool off after being out in the sun in the summer and to keep you warm and cozy in the winter.
You can enjoy your afternoon at Crystal beach and have a nice evening walk down the riverside close to the house. The next day, you could explore Niagara Falls and later have a nice meal at one of the local restaurants, literally steps away from the house. Also, a short drive to Buffalo NY border…the possibilities are endless!
The living room provides a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Prime and other channels that you can log into. Although you'll have three spacious bedrooms, if you have a larger group, the sofa bed will accommodate two additional members of your family/group.
Our high-speed internet connection means you don't have to wait an eternity to enjoy your show after a long day exploring.
All 3 bedrooms boast a luxuriously comfortable queen-size bed. Seriously, we challenge you to find a more comfortable bed. One of the rooms is equipped with a dedicated space for those of you who are working remotely. Extra blankets, bedsheets, and pillows will be provided in case you need more.
The kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking essentials. It features an electric stove and a large refrigerator. It is also equipped with essential counter appliances such as a coffee maker (complete with creamer, sugar and coffee), microwave, and toaster. However, we doubt you'll spend much time cooking in the kitchen after you've tried some of Niagara Region’s finest cuisine from local restaurants in the area.
The 2 bathrooms provides a large tub/shower, so you can bathe or shower after a long day at the beach and exploring the falls. We've also provided all of the necessary amenities: shampoo, body wash, hand soap and towels. So leave those 3.4 Ozs containers at home, because you're not going to get stopped by TSA this time.
Outside, in the back, there is a beautiful patio and private fenced backyard with a nice sitting area with a table.
While you may be close to the beach, it's not tight beach parking! Ample parking is available for free on the driveway and on the street.
Whether you are only in town for a few nights or longer, this place is perfect for those who want to experience a stylish, spacious and cozy home while enjoying the beach, falls and the Niagara Region.

Other Things to Note:
This is a big one. We’re not here to ruin anybody’s fun, but this unit has some rules which are more or less common sense, but this is just a friendly reminder!
Here are the rules that MUST be followed during your stay:
-No parties or events are allowed.
-No smoking allowed.
-Please bring your own beach towels, as our laundry machine cannot wash towels that may have sand.
-Pets are allowed! But can't leave dogs unattended.
-We have soft hardwood floors stained in light colour which can DENT easily. **NO shoes or dragging heavy objects on floors.
-Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
-No unregistered guests are allowed.
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Please respect the noise curfew between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM
-Please turn off the AC when you go out.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times. (4:00 PM is check-in and 11:00 AM is check-out)
-Please take care of the furnishings.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

Noise and Nuisance
As a short-term rental guest, it is important to be respectful and mindful of surrounding residents. The Town’s noise and nuisance bylaw is used to address complaints from local residents about neighbourhood disruptions such as loud music, shouting, dogs barking or feeding wild animals. There is no specific time when noise is prohibited.
Open-air Burning
Fort Erie Fire Services regulates an open-air burning bylaw in Fort Erie. Sometimes hot, dry weather will result in a burn ban. During that time, absolutely no open-air burning will be allowed including open-air burning from permit holders. If an open-air burning ban is in place, the Town will promote it on its website and through social media.
Waste Collection and Recycling
Similar to your hometown, Fort Erie has a regular waste and recycling collection schedule. Please speak to your short-term rental operator for the collection day schedule for your rental property. Property Standards
For the safety of our renters, the short-term rentals bylaw enforces the maintenance of both land and buildings within the Town of Fort Erie. In addition to dealing with garbage and debris, the property standards by-law also regulates the condition of buildings, such as structural soundness. If you have concerns about the building's condition, please contact Town Hall and speak to staff directly.
Parking Guidelines
Parking will be different depending on where you are parking in Town. In many cases, guests will be able to use a driveway; however, some other cases will require guests to use on-street parking or a parking lot. Our parking guidelines may be helpful when traveling to Fort Erie’s many tourist attractions and local businesses. Parking penalties are enforced by the Fort Erie By-law Enforcement and Niagara Regional Police Services under the Town’s parking bylaw.

Q. Will I have to pay to access Bay Beach (also known as Crystal Beach)?
A. Last year, beach passes were sold at the entrances for $5/person and children 10 and under are free. The Town of Fort Erie will be announcing Bay beach reopening plans and beach passes closer to summer.
Q. How many people can be in one short-term rental property?
A. The rule for the number of guests per short-term rental is subject to the limit of guests established by the approved fire safety plan or fire evacuation plan.
Q. Can we put a tent on the property for other guests to stay in?
A. No, there is no outside sleeping permitted on the short-term rental property.
Q. Are we, as renters, responsible for putting out waste and recycling bins for collection?
A. Yes, you will be responsible for putting all garbage and recycle bins out for collection on the correct day. That date should be provided to you by your short-term rental operator.
