Offering a fantastic holiday lifestyle halfway between Rosebud and McCrae shops and everything else that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
Downstairs consists of large open plan lounge, dining and modern kitchen, with views of Arthurs Seat from the private outdoor deck. Lounge is large enough for the whole family and some visitors, with TV, DVD, books and games. Modern kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher and walk in pantry with microwave, coffee machine and the basics. Dining area opens out to split level deck with BBQ and outdoor setting to enjoy your summer nights after a beach walk, relaxing to the sound of a calming water feature. There is also an outdoor shower to wash the sand off before going inside. Master bedrooms with ensuite and laundry with washing machine, completes the lower level. Upstairs has another two double bedrooms, family bathroom with bath to soak in. Split systems, double remote garage, outdoor shower, walk to the beach - what more do you need? You need a well deserved holiday to unwind, play golf, go sightseeing, go fishing, go surfing, the list is endless.
