The house is just over one km to the beach. It takes about 20 mins to walk there. We have two beach chairs, an umbrella, beach tent and buckets for guests to use.

We do accept schoolies bookings though an higher bond is charged.
Bookings:
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is negotiable, dependent on the booking dates of other guests.
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.
Booking rate is for 2 people then extra $20 per person per nights booked after
Bond:
If you do not have any existing 5 star reviews there is a bond payment 2 days before the stay of $400.
If guests are under 21 the bond payment is $1000.
Schoolies have a higher bond
