Fly Me to the Dune is recently remodeled with over 1850 square feet located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The home is designed with an open floor plan, plenty of deck space, and is furnished in a throwback, mid-century modern style! Master has a king bed, dedicated bath, and views from its own private deck. Downstairs bedrooms have a king and queen bed, respectively. The fourth bedroom has two double bunks and a full bed. A bonus room downstairs has a queen-over-queen bunk. The large property gives you plenty of space for cookouts and family gatherings. The property is one of the very few at Surfside that runs from Bluewater Highway to the water. You won't be sharing a cul-de-sac with a bunch of neighbors. This is truly a fabulous family home for a beach getaway! Walk right out the front door and step onto the beach.
Fly Me to the Dune is local family-owned and managed. You’ll appreciate the nice touches unavailable from the big property management companies such as flexible arrival and departure days; beds made on arrival; high quality sheets and towels; and, toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and paper towels provided. The house has a whole-house water treatment system, including a reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink. No need to bring bottled water for drinking or cooking!
The home comes with many entertainment options to complement your beach time - high speed internet, Xfinity cable TV, access to Netflix and other streaming services, board games, puzzles, and a collection of books and DVD’s. Each bedroom has a smart TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows to unwind after a day at the beach.
A large deck offers panoramic views of the Gulf and is furnished with a picnic table and deck chairs. Relax on the deck and listen to the waves roll in, as you enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The living area features a sleeper sofa, chairs, coffee table, end tables, a bar area, and picture windows with a beautiful unobstructed Gulf view. There’s nothing between this home and the sea except grassy dunes and sand.
We provide plenty of plastic buckets and shovels for building sandcastles. You will also find boogie boards and beach chairs for your enjoyment. The large yard has plenty of room to play "cornhole" with the provided game boards and bean bags.
