Summary: Loved the location, layout. size of the house and lots of parking area. We also enjoyed the porch and rocking chairs . But the house needs a good "deep " cleaning. Seemed a little neglected. A larger Tv in the den would also be nice for large families. There was also trash around the outside of the house . Dunes Realty was easy to work with and even with these negatives we still plan to be back
