Architecturally designed and beautifully furnished, this light, modern house has a free-flowing zoned layout. Natural stone and wood finishes reflect the casual, calm beach house feel. Set on one acre of private grounds.
A central living area includes a stunning, fully appointed kitchen to get creative or sit and chat. A large dining table comfortably seats 8. The sunken living room invites you to flop in comfy leather chairs and sofa, including a feature wood-burning fireplace and discreet tv.
A sliding door to a central courtyard extends the indoor-outdoor living, where a covered deck includes a large square table and gas bbq.
The accommodation includes three comfortable bedrooms. A large master suite has a king-size bed, views of the rear garden and a bathroom overlooking a private courtyard. A second light-filled bedroom has a queen bed, and the family room has two bunk beds.
A second living area with large tv and a reading room/study offers space to hide away and relax.
Zoned central heating and cooling and two wood-burning fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) provide easy temperature control and the option for cosy comfort.
A secure private garden, bocce pit and outdoor games room (table football & dart board) provide plenty of ways to let off steam.
