Positive: The facility was very comfortable and clean, and all the things they mentioned on the booking website were available. They also provided us with parking permits, which was very helpful. The kitchen and lounge were nicely arranged, even though they felt a bit congested.

Negative: However, we had some issues. The keys were too confusing, and the door locks were a bit sticky and difficult to open. Also, the common area carpets were smelling bad because the doors were kept closed. Inside the bathroom, the bath tub drain was partially choked, and the sinks were too small.

Summary: Nice facility and cooperative staff, but some functional issues.
