Positive: Location. Price.
Negative: Downstairs toilet. Shower and sink in master bedroom. Size. Insufficient chairs in kitchen. Very few cutlery items. Unable to access live tv. No literature provided regarding hot water or indeed any paperwork at all. Not very clean. Dated ..walls with obvious damp ..paint peeling or missing...thin threadbare carpet and rugs.
Summary: You get what you pay for. Cheap with no frills.
